23 Mobile Things - Thing 1

I use my iPad at home constantly. I'd like to find ways to use it to be more productive at work. And I'd like to carry that knowledge and familiarity with mobile apps over to help our staff develop the same skills. I also hope to avoid the deer on the headlights look I'm sure I have at the Information Center. We seem to get questions from two extremes of mobile users - the sophisticated ones who really need an IT pro and the brand new users whose adult children gave them a device as a gift and vamoosed out of town. I need a starting vocabulary to help them.
